●       Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

●       Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

●       Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

●       Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services at no additional charge.

     2. Return and Refund Policy

●       Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all seals and tags intact. For hygiene reasons, used or opened items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

●       Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

●       Return Process:

2.      Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging. 

●       Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
